Defective Items

We strive to provide high quality products. If you receive a defective item, please return the item to us within 21 days of receiving your order, outlining the defect & site

We @ Wiit & Wisdom are required to return item/s to the factory within 30 days A new tee shirt can then be sent to your address!

Exchange: We ask that you choose design & size carefully. However mistakes happen. Please return the tee shirt within 21days with correct design and/or size and we will honor an exchange. Don’t forget to enclose name, address & exchange details and date of purchase

Refunds will be honored for tee shirts returned in pristine condition (or how they were received by you the customer) They should have tags attached and a reason for refund would be appreciated, though not mandatory, for reasons of quality control. return of goods is required prior to refund. Return of tees would be appreciated asap after you have decided it is not suitable. The item/s must be unworn and unwashed. *They must be returned with all tags attached.
